Vintage Indian Painted Teakwood and Iron Pitara Chest on rolling wheels, from Rajasthan, c. 1880. The chest has been reduced in depth and drawers added, making it a functional piece while keeping its beauty. The iron facade and teakwood retains much of it old green paint and the front is framed in old tiles, the first time I have ever seen that. One of my favorites....

This piece will arrive in Santa Fe in mid-November '25.

Visiting Asheville and saw an ad for this store. It did not disappoint! Very unique furniture and decor not seen previously. Found a few pieces to decorate our home. The staff was super helpful with the purchases! We look forward to enjoying these pieces in our home.

Wow! This piece is even more exquisite in person! The whole team at Sunnyside Trading Co. are beyond helpful and extremely sweet! I went back-and-forth on a few different pieces and everyone I spoke with was so accommodating to me and my needs... I highly recommend this company!! I loved shopping at Sunnyside. They have such beautiful imports , a great variety and were incredibly helpful. I found this most unusual piece made from antique teak parts of a cart that totally make this room ! I keep the doorway open so I can see it , I love it so

Well my second successful visit to Sunnyside.They don’t disappoint. I needed a console for my “India palace “ bedroom and not only did I find the perfect one but all I needed to deck it out. Stuart is amazing at pointing me to just the right pieces.

Sunnyside is such a fun place to shop. Their furniture and accessories are unique and the staff is extremely helpful and friendly. Plus, there are very few places right now that you can take home your furniture the same day instead of waiting 3+ months! I just love my egg chairs!

Sunnyside Trading Co. is our first stop every time we visit Asheville. We have purchased all of our rugs from Sunnyside. The selection is the best quality, beautiful and unique and if you do not see what you want in the store they can find it for you. Stuart, Klaus, Josh and everyone else at Sunnyside have been beyond helpful with our many purchases over the years. We just purchased an antique Table du Boucher and it was delivered to our home in Ohio quickly and safely. We have purchased everything from furniture to rugs to textiles and every item is a treasure. We feel like we are visiting family every time we are able to visit.
