Antique Anglo-Indian Painted Teakwood Almirah

Antique Anglo-Indian Painted Teakwood Almirah, c.1880 from Rajasthan, with carved vases of flowers in the top door panels, and carved sunburst panels in the lower ones. Two drawers in the base resting on a scallop plinth, this almirah has beautiful coloring - the dark rich teak patina and portions of its original cream paint. This is a good, pure one folks, an outstanding example of late 19th century Rajasthani furniture.
