A beautifully proportioned antique Chinese console table crafted from solid pine, dating to the late Qing dynasty. The long, narrow top is supported by slender splayed legs joined with traditional stretchers, while carved brackets and shaped elements beneath the apron add subtle architectural detail. Generations of use have given the pine a warm, naturally weathered surface with visible grain, worn edges, old markings, and an authentic aged patina.
Its long, shallow proportions make this table particularly well suited for an entryway, hallway, or behind a sofa. The open base gives the piece a light visual presence despite its generous length, while the broad top provides ample space for lamps, pottery, books, or collected objects.
