Antique Chinese Painted Elm Cabinet, late Qing Dynasty, from Inner Mongolia, c. 1900. Originally a top opening rice chest, it has had the lower panels converted to doors to make a fabulous country cabinet. The door panels are decorated with botanical motifs framed in a faded terracotta color. Very versatile size for any room in your home.
